Picture a really beautiful pizza oven in an equally beautiful, shady outdoor kitchen. Picture also a flower-filled, private bower as outdoor dining area. Those are part of the deal at Lakeside General Store at the southern tip of Cossayuna Lake.

The general store is delightful, the Department of Fresh Pastry is delightful, and the wine shop is very delightful. They have Ehrlich Brothers Elderflower Bubbly!

Lakeside owners Palma Kolansky, Joe Troiano, and Nicholas Troiano have the summertime hospitality business down, and done right!

​Guests can take home lovely memories and some Elderflower Bubbly with which to keep the memories fresh.

Elderflowers were generously abundant in the Ehrlich Brothers nurseries this year. 

The panicles are harvested at the perfect stage, when all of the little flowers are in bloom. 

Thousands on thousands of panicles have been harvested over the past several weeks. They constitute the wine. No extracts are used.

"What you see is what you get!"  And this year, the plants so healthy and the flowers so abundant, we look forward to a delightful 2018 Ehrlich Brothers Elderflower Bubbly.
